This unique and modern home has many large viewing windows, a large atrium with a glass ceiling for sky and star gazing, a living room with tons of comfy couches and fully furnished back patio for admiring the amazing view. Indoor amenities include a ping pong table, foosball table, mini golf, and 5 TVs.
The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the neighborhood playground and park (cloister's park), 3 minute drive to a grocery store, 9 minute drive to Morro Rock and down town Morro Bay, and 20 minute drive to Montana De Oro state park.
There is a limit of 8 guests to this rental. We do not allow any gatherings, celebrations, or special events at the house that involve additional people. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property and NO PETS. This is strictly enforced.
